Umm, you should just press up (to select STORY) and then press ENTER. From there, just use the arrow keys, ENTER and BACKSPACE to enter places.

If you press 7 in any song, put a random arrow, go to section, change the number from 1 to 0 and press "Copy Last", the game crashes immediately.

Spookeez is harder than south. Anyway, if you're the kind of person that spams the keys when trying to do the Bep Bo Bap part, then you shouldn't. That is crucial.

The only way to play levels created by yourself is to download the game and do a lotta modding? Or is it possible to somehow open your own levels without downloading the game?
